As a person centered community, we offer care plans that focus on residents individual needs, recognizing that each person is unique. Our staff understands that emotional and social well-being is just as important as physical needs. Our primary goal at the Health Center is creating an environment where our residents thrive in no matter what stage they are in.

Our rehabilitation team further supports our person centered community by providing experienced rehabilitation professionals and individualized tailored programs that include physical therapy, speech therapy and occupational therapies.
